The title of this thesis is “A Study on the Special Act for the Disposal of Cooperative Farm in the North Korea after the Unification”. Denying private ownership of the means of production is a characteristic of the socialist property system. In the case of North Korea, agricultural clustering began in 1953 and was completed in 1958. If South Korea and North Korea are to achieve unification in the future, the question will be how to reorganize North Korean cooperative farms. Germany, Russia, China and Romania have restructured their agricultural structures on a small scale. The restructuring of the agricultural structure has filled the farmers' desire for ownership. However, there was a problem of not achieving economies of scale. In the past, there was no research that integratedly examined the treatment of farmland, agricultural machinery, and facilities at the North Korean cooperative farm. In this article, I discussed the law on North Korean regional cooperative farms and reviewed the reorganization process of the agricultural structure in Germany. After the unification, I discussed whether it would be appropriate to reorganize the ownership of farmland, agricultural machinery and facilities at the North Korean cooperative farm. I also discussed the issue of establishing a national organization for the treatment of farmland, agricultural machinery and facilities at cooperative farms.
